How do I sign paperwork if I am in Japan or Korea? For the men and women who are overseas, we are able to use technology to get electronic signatures on paperwork. We can set documents up where our sellers don’t have to physically be there for closing.

What price do you charge? Price is negotiable. There are multiple ways that commission can be done.
